5 Star Services Agreement:

Upon receiving your contract, please be sure to read it thoroughly. 5 Star Mobile DJ requires half of your total balance as a non-refundable deposit to book and hold any requested dates. Only then will your date be reserved, otherwise, all dates are subjected to other bookings. The outstanding balance is due two weeks prior to the event date. Payment plans are available for the balance. For payments, we accept cash, check, or credit card via paypal.
